FIU-24-R Ring Cut Splice Fiber Optic Interconnect Wall Mount Enclosure

The Century Fiber Optic’s FIU-24-R ring-cut wall mount enclosures offer an economical solution for smaller applications where wall-mounting is required.

These wall mount units are designed for ease of use and security in any application requiring mid-sheath breakout and splicing as well as splicing of cables indoors – perfect for transition splices (OSP/IP) and branch splices.

Providing customers with an easily expandable patch panel assembly where splicing of pigtails may or may not be required, the units are designed to be stacked together should the customer need to increase the fiber count.

These units provide a cross connection field between central and distributed computer equipment.  They are designed for intra-building applications.

Typical applications are the interface between horizontally distributed building or breakout type cables and the optical equipment.
